A Day on Retreat

What is it like to go on a Creative Wellbeing Retreat?

Whether it is for one day or a week, this is your chance to relax and unwind, away from all the challenges and responsibilities of daily life. The goal of our retreats is to give you time to think and feel deeply; to take care of yourself, meet new people, learn new skills (or practice familiar ones) and just have fun and laugh. We never get enough of that.

A typical day goes something like this:

  • Morning mini yoga/meditation

  • Breakfast

  • Nature walk

  • Guided meditation, journaling and sharing circle 

  • Art Workshop

  • Lunch

  • Free Time (relax, read, swim, massage, shamanic healing, spa treatments, free art time)

  • All levels yoga session

  • Dinner (either on premises or out on own, depending on venue)

  • Evening activity (tbd)
