Here's the scoop:

Sigrid will open her studio to a small group students for a half day art workshop once a month, October through March. Explore "conscious creativity" as a way to relax, connect with others and spread your wings in an open, supportive, non-judgmental environment. 

 

She will demonstrate how she carves her unique printing blocks and will assist you in awakening your inner artist.

​

You will:

• Sketch simple shapes from nature

• Play with print and pattern on paper

• Learn to carve your own block printing stamps 

• Print an assortment of greeting cards or

• Create your own artist's book or

• Paint and print a gratitude box

• Yoga is not included in this half-day workshop.
