Florida Creative Wellbeing Retreat April 12-17, 2023
Relax, refresh and connect with a small group of amazing women.Unplug from the demands of daily life for five days together, filled with quiet time, laughter, meditation, yoga, journaling and art workshops with Sigrid. The Creative Wellbeing Retreats are a tradition that Sigrid launched over a decade ago on the beach in Tulum Mexico and continues to be a place of refuge and empowerment for women year after year. This year we are in a new location, right on Palma Sola Bay, just north of Sarasota and South of St. Pete, Florida.

Getting There
Fly into Tampa (less than an hour away) or Sasasota (25 minutes away). Location is a beautiful home on Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, FL. Rent a car, Uber/Lyft or contact us if you need help with ground transport.
A Typical Day on Retreat
Includes Yoga session (optional), Guided Meditation & Journaling session, Art Workshop, Free time for massage, swimming, beach time or rest.
Beach
The beaches of Anna Maria Island are just a 10 minute drive from the retreat venue.
Meals
We provide a Welcome Dinner, a Last Supper and 5 lunches. The house fridge will be stocked with snacks and basics, and is available for guests to use to make breakfasts or dinners on the nights we don't provide it. All the food is fresh, healthy and fish/veggie/whole grain based. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions.
Retreat Tuition
Tuition only --$1500 (includes art supplies, 2 dinners, 5 lunches and souvenir tote) Please use this option if you are a local commuter or want to stay at a hotel of your choosing.
Retreat Schedule

Monday Feb 6--Arrive in time for 6 pm Welcome Dinner at the Retreat House. Check in after 3 pm.

Tuesday Feb 7--Morning Yoga followed by Welcome Circle, lunch and afternoon art workshop. Dinner on own (can go to restaurant or cook in house.)

Wed, Thu Feb 8,9--Morning walk or yoga. Followed by guided meditation and art workshop, lunch and free time for massage, healing session or relaxing by the pool. Dinner on own (can go to restaurant or cook in house.)

Fri Feb 10--Morning walk or yoga. Free time for art, massage, healing session, relaxing at pool or trip to the beach. Late afternoon--gather for Closing Circle and group photo. Dinner served at the Retreat House for all.

Sat Feb. 11 --Morning yoga and departures. Lunch available for those who leave in the afternoon. Checkout time is flexible.

Yoga
Yoga--New to yoga? No worries, our classes are designed for all levels and provide the perfect space to try it out, or come back to it after a hiatus. Even if you love yoga and practice often, it works for you as well...we are open to all! And of course you can opt out--this is your time to relax.
