Gather with a small group of amazing women for five days of relaxation, rejuvenation and creativity.

Sigrid will lead the group in yoga, guided meditation and creative art workshops.

Our venue is a waterfront private home with a pool, hot tub and gorgeous sunset views. 

 If you happen to be local to Sarasota, you can commute and purchase tuition only.

About Art Workshops

 

Yoga--New to yoga? No worries, our classes are designed for all levels and provide the perfect space to try it out, or come back to it after a hiatus. Even if you love yoga and practice often, it works for you as well...we are open to all! And of course you can opt out--this is your time to relax.

GETTING HERE:

Fly into Tampa or Sarasota. The retreat venue is in Bradenton, overlooking Anna Maria Island on Palma Sola Bay.

We are 30 minutes from SRQ and 55 from TPA.

 

Our Retreat Schedule (corrected dates!)

  • Wed April 12--Arrive in time for 6 pm Welcome Dinner at the Retreat House. Check in after 3 pm.

  • Thu April 13--Morning Yoga followed by Welcome Circle, lunch and afternoon art workshop. Dinner on own (can go to restaurant or cook in house.)

  • Fri, Sat April 14, 15--Morning walk or yoga. Followed by guided meditation and art workshop, lunch and free time for massage, healing session or relaxing by the pool. Dinner on own (can go to restaurant or cook in house.)

  • Sun April 16--Morning walk or yoga. Free time for art, massage, healing session, relaxing at pool or trip to the beach. Late afternoon--gather for Closing Circle and group photo. Dinner served at the Retreat House for all.

  • Mon April 17--Morning yoga and departures. Lunch available for those who leave in the afternoon. Checkout time is flexible.

Meals

We provide a Welcome Dinner, a Last Supper and 5 lunches. The house fridge will be stocked with snacks and basics, and is available for guests to use to make breakfasts or dinners on the nights we don't provide it. We can suggest local restaurants as well. All the food we serve is fresh, healthy and fish/veggie/whole grain based. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions.
