Relax, refresh, reconnect with your spirit as you move through this specially crafted online yoga class with Sigrid. Her classes are geared towards all levels from complete beginners to regular practitioners. Her mission is simple -- quiet the mind in order to allow a clear flow of energy, as well as improved balance, strength and flexibility.

Online Class

Mondays & Thursdays 9-10 am EST

especially those who are new to yoga

or simply need to refresh their practice.



Sigrid's classes are designed for all levels of yoga students from true beginners, ones with interrupted or intermittent practice and those who are regular practioners with a strong practice. Just like the sharing circles, this is a safe place to explore your connection to body, mind and spirit. The goal is to quiet the (sometimes overactive) mind, relax and energize the body and, most importantly, allow the spirit to emerge. It is a judgement-free zone for all who want to join us in exploring, expanding and finding our true center.

PLEASE NOTE: Your class fee will contribute to Sigrid's monthly donations to a wonderful organization that supports women and Girls in India, called Yoga Gives Back.
